Ordering Policy

1. No orders will be placed/confirmed via text message, phone call only.

2. There is no guarantee that your cake will be the same as pictured. Pictures are for inspiration only.

3. Cake Prices are NOT NEGOTIABLE.

4. A deposit of 50% is *required* to book and secure your desired date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 week prior to desired date.

5. Your deposit must be paid within 48 hours of ordering.

6. Orders are to be placed at least 2 weeks prior to desired date.

7. If you are placing an order in 1 week or less of desired date (and there is an open spot) order must be paid in full at that time to reserve desired date.

8. If pickup or delivery is scheduled, please be available and on time as agreed upon.

9. For holiday flyer orders: payment is due in full at the time order is placed.

10. Delivery price $10 in town. Out of Jacksonville $1 per mile

11. Please have delivery time and address confirmed when ordering

12. I'm not responsible for damages that occur after cake is picked up or delivered.

13. For weddings/special events $200 or more, there will be a consultation with a drawn-up contract.

14. Payment: A square invoice link will be sent via text or email.

16. No Cash Payments
